Enemies: knights of the silver hand, priestess of elune, any who would keep her from her goals
Rivals: Her true love, Stefan, both is despondent and dependent of Amel. They constantly fight (physically and verbally), barring the truth of their feelings for each other
Known Relative: her sister, a mage by the name of kindle and her brother, a paladin known as Jerome.
Bio: Amel was born into a merchant class family with one older brother and one younger sister. Her parents were weapons merchants during the second war. They had made tremendous profit selling armaments to the Alliance. Thanks to profits they made they could afford to send their children to school. Her parents sent her brother to become a knight of the silver hand and her sister and her to become to receive training in arcanery.
Shortly before third war her parents were killed by a group of bandits (12 years old at the time). It caused Amel to fall into a deep depression. Her sibling counseling or her close friend’s comfort couldn’t quell her lust for vengeance. She wanted the bandits that had killed her parents to suffer as much as she had. Eventually her inner demons drove her to seek a way of justice that her family didn’t condone. She began to study demon magic.
With fel power on hand she traveled to the bandits hideout. Showing no mercy, she killed every single one in a gruesome way and drained their souls. She had taken a path that she couldn’t go back on. After returning home her siblings knew what she had done but did nothing to counsel her. She was aware of her choice.
The three remained close despite their radically diverse fields of study. Every other month her sister or brother would recommend she would give up her fel studies and refocus on her arcane aptitude or become a priest. She would give them the same bitter remark, “Why bother fixing what’s not broken?”
Her studies in arcanery ended at age 14 after a mage played a rather cruel prank on her. He turned her into a frog and pretended to try and stomp on her. Amel’s response (when she turned back into a human) was a curse that caused him to bleed from all of his orifices until he agonizingly died or trauma. The instructors tried to scold her but she remained resolute in her justification. With that she was kicked out of her order and began to fully dedicate herself to her unnatural studies.
Her powers continued to grow as well as that of her brother and sister. She eventually learned to summon a wide array of demons to her beckon call and manipulate people to her will.
When her suitor, a paladin by the name of Stefan Worshter who had felt a deep affection for her since she was young, saw her summoning demons he grew sick with loathing. In an attempt to “redeem” his love he sought to exorcize the demons that so plagued her. The end result was the ending of their love affair and a rather superfluous wave of pestilence in the paladin’s homestead. She felt no pain for losing her love and continued a game of cat in mouse with him, putting one or another strange affliction on him.
The warlock now seeks to resurrect long forgotten magics and bring a new age to Azeroth. Only time will tell if she succeeds in her goals. Her “benefactors” as she deems them whisper to her through the shadows what reagents to search for. She spends most of her time studying her fel arts and overseeing the growth of her family’s business when she’s not searching for demonic materials and resources.
Amel is now Cold, bitter and sarcastic. She Feels ill will towards others who she deems incompetent or weak. Her eyes take in everything around her and give nothing back.
Description: Although loathing her appearance, Amel is weak looking. Proven to be good for business, the girl keeps her obsidian hair and image well kept. Her eyes are often cold when they are not forced to shine for a customer. Her bony figure is covered by crimson robes.
