"and if we can't carry it all, theres all ways Grilly." Brela said as he thought of a zeplin full of gold. "I say we slit his throat, burn the corpse, and take all his wealth before anyone knows he's gone." Brela said as he flicked a copper coin into the air.

Shade laughed at the thought. "Yea, I doubt it'll be that hard. All we have to do is go through an army of Naga and Blood Knights who are more than willing to put our heads on the end of spears." he said in a tone of sarcasm mixed with humor. "This will be a walk in the park."
Once they reached the Zeplin tower, Grulnor was there in the middle of talking with Anaria.
"But Grulnor-"
"No Anaria, I've been given my orders and it's too dangerous for you to come."
"I can handle myself!" she yelled.
"Anaria, you're staying here and thats that." Grulnor said with a final grunt of frustration. Anaria, not even taking the time to say bye, flew her way back to the city. Grulnor shook his head as the two elven rogues showed up.
"She'll get over it." he said reassuring. "I didn't want to tell her why, but stealth isn't exactly her strong point, especially when it comes to keeping silent."

Brela looked at Grulnor. "And I'm sure it's one of yours." He said sarcastically "You big sneaky orc." he said in an over exaggerated orc accent.

Grulnor wasn't sure how to take it, and let out a low grunt. "Anyways, I hope you know what you're getting us into Shade." "Grulnor, I don't know what we're getting into." Shade said with a smirk. "How reassuring..." ((I know it's short, but it's a rough night for me right now. My dog just died . ))

Brela chuckled and banished an infernal a warlock had summoned. "This will come in handy." He said. Brela grabbed a copy of The Silvermoon Journal and began to read aloud "Tuor Taralom a rich socialite was found torn to shreds two days ago. Guards responded to a complaint of loud growling noises. The guards had to break down Tuor's bedroom door only to be slaughtered by a band of demons. Warlocks were called in and the demons were banished. It seems that a band of Amanni warlocks robbed Tuor and summoned some demons to kill him but the investigation is ongoing." Brela laughed and said "Thats beautiful, b-e-a-u-tiful"

Shade joined Brela in the laughter. "A clean getaway. And to think, the Anami are the ones taking the blame." For a moment, Shade had relief of the fact they were facing danger. This was just a sign on how great the skills of two rogues are. And with the brute strength of an orc warrior, they made a good team. Though more magic could be used, Brela's ability to summon demons would be useful.
"Lets see to it that by the time we're out of there, they'll be writing about something even bigger."
Grulnor let out a primal roar for an orc as he spot the Zeplin slowly making it's way through the sky onwards towards the tower. "The only writing thoes guards will do will be smearing their own blood on the ground." The orc remarked as he took a swig of brew. "Lets show them that 'magic' isn't the only thing powerful against our enemies."

Brela chuckled and played with his blades. "No magic isn't the only thing powerfull thing." Brela said. Brela quickly got up, slipped behind Grulnor and put him in a headlock. "But neather is strength." he said. "and don't think I won't hesitate to slit your throat if you do anything stupid." he whispered as his eyes flared like some sort of demon.

Grulnor struggled himself to get out of the headlock. At first he thought Brela was playing around, but after the throat comment, it became more serious.
Shade pulled Brela off of Grulnor in a manner to smoothing things out. "Woah Brela, what is that about? Have you been drinking too much? The throat we're after is Kael's. Save it for Quel'Danas."
As Shade tried to maintain peace, Grulnor caught a glimps of Brela and began asking himself if Brela could be trusted. He is addicted to fel magic, and that only made him ask himself more questions. Was Brela all he really claims to be? He'll just have to keep watch and not let his guard down again. Shaking off the thought, the Zeplin arrived at the tower.
Shade picked up the crate full of supplies and carried it inside with Grulnor following behind. Before Brela could get in, Grulnor blocked his way for a quick second, looking him in the eye with his fist clenched tightly around his axe. "Just remember who's side you're on, fel-addict." he growled as he followed Shade, keeping his ears sensitive to hearing any sudden moves behind him.

Brela's eyes returned to normal. "Ya ya, don't worry ya big lug." He said as he pat Grulnor on the back. Brela sat down away from the group and felt his chest where there was a fel crystal (about as big as a three gold coins) deeply imbedded. "You got less then what you deserved Tuor." Brela whispered. Brela took out a murloc eyeball and cracked it open, he sucked out the jelly and spit the eyball over the edge of the zeplin.

Grulnor wasn't interested in seeing the view. The instant he was on, he went downstairs to find a room. Shade came back out and saw Brela looking out viewing the scene, not having a clue what was happening to him. Though he did worry about his addiction, he figured that Brela would be showing physical signs of change, and there hasn't been any noticed. Although Brela did look uneasy.
"Hey Brela," Shade greeted, "Everything alright?"
((I'm going to fix my post on the Quel'Danas thread))

Brela turned to Shade "Yep I'm fine." he said as he popped another eyeball in his mouth and cracked it open. He spit the eyeball over the ledge "Want one?" he asked offering another eyeball to Shade "It looks nasty but it tastes like clefthoof." he said.

Shade shrugged and took the offering. "I've had to deal with crunchy spider legs, so I'm not that picky." After a moment of chewing, Shade spat out the eye (what was left of it) over the edge. "Just like clefthoof indeed. Never thought murlocs would have anything that shows good taste." he said with a small laugh.

"Anything that comes from murlocs is good" Brela said as he pulled out a roasted murloc leg and took a big bite of it. Brela looked over the edge to see the faire "Hey watch this." Brela said as he started dropping stink bombs. The curses could be heard for miles. Brela chuckles turned to cries of fear as the hand that had the ring of banishing on it turned into an infernal's. Brela just stared at it.

"Brela, by the sunwell, whats happening to your hand?" Shade thought his finger was bad, but compared to Brela's entire hand, his finger looked more burned. Brela's hand had a look as if he was changing and transforming into something demonic. It was at times like this he wished he offered one of thoes priests to come. They had more knowledge on problems like this. "If this the first time this happened?"

Brela stared at his hand "This is infact the first time that my hand has swapped with a demons hand." He said as he inspected his hand. He flung it outwards and a fireball shot out. Brela then thought for a second and his hand morphed back. His head now morphed "Cool!" Brela said as his head morphed back. "Might have something to with the ring at that fel crystal.....embedded.....in my chest." He said stretching out the last few words. "I forgot to tell you about that didn't I?" he said.

Shade raised his eyebrows and his jaw dropped for a brief moment. It was just as he feared, the fel energies that feed his comrad's addiction are changing him.
"How long has it been like that?" he asked.
(I know it's short. I can't think of anything else to add.)

"When Tuor's goons cut me up they put a fel crystal in one of my wounds." he said "It's like a symbiote, it takes some nutrients from my bloodstream but it gives me certain abilitys." he explained. "For example, when bloodthistle enters my body it feeds off of that and releases the nutrients that it's stored which gives me extra speed. Now I guess when it senses a demon so close to my bloodstream it lets me change my body to that demons so that it can siphon even more energy from the demon." he said. Brela morphed into an infernal and danced a bit. He then morphed back and chuckled.

Shade wasn't impressed though. "It may seem useful at the time when you're able to control it. But what I'm worried about is that eventually, that kind of power would end up controlling you. The last thing either of us wants is for you to lose your free will and become nothing more than somebody else's pawn." Shade wasn't use to lecturing, but he couldn't see the sign of a fel transformation as a good thing. He looked at his ring finger, still showing signs of the infection. Although he has no power to use against his enemies, he was also doomed to a fate of changing into a wretched who lost all is free will.
"Unless we put an end to Kael'Thas's reign, We're both doomed to losing our sanity."

Brela nodded and banished an imp. He morphed his hands into that of the imps and cooked a murloc eyeball using the flames. He munched on it and chuckled "Still, this could be very usefull." he said "I no longer need to bring my flint."

Shade thought Brela should take this fel thing more seriously, but there was no point in starting an arguement. "Just...please don't rely on it too much. At least until we need it to get out of a tight spot. Who knows what after effects might happen if used too often."
